How far ahead should I book packing services?
Book full-house packing 5 to 7 business days before move day so the packing can happen the day before, with the move on day two. Partial and fragile-only packing can usually be booked 2 to 3 days ahead. Same-day packing is possible for smaller jobs when crews are open.
Do you supply boxes and packing materials?
Yes. Every packing service includes the cartons, packing paper, bubble wrap, tape, and labels. We bring more than enough and only charge for what is used. We also sell packing supplies separately if you prefer to pack yourself.
Can you pack art, wine, antiques, and electronics?
Yes. Specialty items get custom packing with double-walled cartons, anti-static wrap for electronics, and custom crating where needed. For high-value art and antique collections we coordinate with third-party fine-art crating partners. Wine collections ship with climate-aware packing.
Can I do a partial-pack where I do some and you do the rest?
Yes. Partial-pack is the most common service. Most clients pack their own clothing, books, and personal items, and have us handle kitchen, fragile decor, art, and electronics. We also do partial-pack the morning of the move for clients who run short on time.
Do you also unpack at the destination?
Yes, on request. Unpacking includes carton placement in the right rooms, opening and unwrapping fragile items, and removing empty cartons. Most clients prefer crew-led unpacking for kitchen and fragile-only categories. Full unpacking is available and quoted by hours.
