Markham Logistics: Unionville Heritage, Subdivision Scale, and Highway 7 Condos
Markham runs from Steeles north to the Stouffville line, and the housing changes completely as you move through it. Unionville's Main Street area is heritage property on narrow streets where truck access needs planning. Milliken, Armadale and the Kennedy corridor are dense established subdivisions. Cornell, Wismer, Greensborough and Box Grove are newer, larger family homes with wide driveways. Along Highway 7 and around Downtown Markham there is a growing block of mid-rise condo.
